ABOUT US
Women’s Philanthropic Collective is a 501(c)(3), non-profit organization and is registered with the Washington Secretary of State as a Charitable Solicitations Fund.
Our members represent a talented group of women with varying educational and professional backgrounds. We utilize these talents and skills to fuel our passion for helping others. WPC supports other non-profits locally and abroad through advocacy, outreach, and charitable giving.
WPC has been hosting craft day at Ryther's children center bi-annually since 2011!
Philanthropy
In addition to volunteering and fundraising for local and international charities, WPC members are required to achieve a set amount of volunteer hours each year. Direct service opportunities are regularly available and are coordinated by our philanthropy committee. Volunteer activities are arranged with a number charities and organizations in the region with aligned missions. Learn more about our past partner charities here.

Investment
One unique component of WPC is our investment strategy. Throughout the year, we educate ourselves about finance and investing by inviting guest speakers to our group meetings and attending other financially focused events. In turn, we maintain a stock portfolio (using only funds from membership dues) with stocks hand-picked by the group. Earnings are used to support WPC’s operations, our charity partners and to fund our scholarship program. Additionally, members nominate and vote organizations to be the recipients of a quarterly giving donation. Learn more about our investments here.
